HVAC Trade Group represents the interests of thousands of business owners across state who are interested in purchasing or selling HVAC systems. The organization has received strong support from the federal government and state and local regulatory bodies such as the Public Utilities Commission and the Office of Insurance Regulation. These agencies have imposed strict regulations on HVAC trade groups and have limited the amount of influence that individual members can have over HVAC contracts and sales.
